Application Process
Grants are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis and are evaluated by the Elyria Community Partnerships (ECP) Downtown Development Committee.
Timeline:
- Committee Review: Last Tuesday of the application month
- ECP Board Approval: Immediately following the review
- Award Announcements: The Friday after the board meeting

- August 10th
- October 13th
How to Apply
- Develop your marketing plan with a mentor at the SBDC (contact Beth Gants at bgantz@lorainccc.edu).
- Submit your marketing plan and application before the relevant deadline.
- Await committee review, approval, and award announcement.
