What to Expect:

• Shop & Explore – Start at the Pioneer Plaza (Rain Location: Elyria Arts Council), then continue to downtown storefronts.
• Snacks & Eats – Try local restaurants or the Soulful Hibachi Food Truck on site!
• Promotions & Treats – Collect stamps and discover specials along the way.
• Costume Contest – Compete and win a prize for best costume! (Judging begins at 3PM at ECP table)
• Trick-or-Treating – Visit a number of participating businesses to trick-or-treat.

How It Works:

1. Pick up your passport & swag bag at the ECP table in Pioneer Plaza (Rain Location: Elyria Arts Council). You will receive one raffle ticket for participating.

2. Visit at least 10 stops to collect stamps. Spend $5 at any location to get an extra raffle ticket.

3. Return your completed passport to the ECP table for 10 extra entries into the raffle prize drawing!

Costume Contest:

• Judging Begins at 3pm at the ECP Table in Pioneer Plaza (or in the case of rain: Elyria Arts Council)
• Age Categories: Newborn–5 years; 6–14 years; 15+ years, including adults
• One winner in each age group will receive a prize!
